Couple Therapy - 60 minutes
Every relationships can be challenging. I am here to help you and your partner work through any issues you may be facing. I offer a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, and develop skills needed to build a stronger, healthier relationship.

Immediate Therapy - 50 minutes
There therapy session provided in the next 24 hours. It can be done by phone, online or in person. Is provided in the cases when you need to talk to someone immediately.

Coaching - 60 minutes

I offer personalised guidance and support, will help you gain clarity on your values, strengths, and aspirations, and develop a clear plan of action to achieve your dreams. During child therapy sessions, I provide a safe and supportive environment for children to express themselves and work through any challenges they may be facing. I use a variety of techniques to help children develop coping skills, improve communication, and build self. I believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive and I am committed to helping them reach their full potential.
