Individual Therapy - 50 minutes

Individual psychotherapy sessions provide a safe and confidential space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I provide sessions that are tailored to your unique needs and goals, and I use evidence-based techniques to help you gain insight, develop coping skills, and make positive changes in your life. Whether you're with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or other challenges, I am here to support you on your journey towards greater well-being.

Couple Therapy - 60 minutes

Every relationships can be challenging. I am here to help you and your partner work through any issues you may be facing. I offer a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, and develop skills needed to build a stronger, healthier relationship.

Immediate Therapy - 50 minutes

There therapy session provided in the next 24 hours. It can be done by phone, online or in person. Is provided in the cases when you need to talk to someone immediately.

Coaching - 60 minutes

Life and career coaching is a powerful tool that can help you achieve your goals and reach your full potential. I offer personalised guidance and support, will help you gain clarity on your values, strengths, and aspirations, and develop a clear plan of action to achieve your dreams. Whether you're looking to advance your career, improve relationships, or find greater in life, life and career coaching can help you get there.

Children Therapy - 50 minutes

During child therapy sessions, I provide a safe and supportive environment for children to express themselves and work through any challenges they may be facing. I use a variety of techniques to help children develop coping skills, improve communication, and build self. I believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive and I am committed to helping them reach their full potential.

Hypnotherapy - 90 minutes

Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool that can help you overcome a wide range of issues, from anxiety and stress to phobias and addictions. By tapping into the power of your subconscious mind, hypnotherapy can help you make positive changes in your life and achieve your goals. Whether you're looking to improve your mental, boost your confidence or simply relax and unwind, hypnotherapy can help you get there.
